0000007: Hänger bei Stream Wiedergabe bei schlechter internet verbindung

Description

Es kann zu nicht schlecht reproduzierbaren Hängern während
der Wiedergabe von Videostreams über das Netz kommen, wenn es überlastet ist.

Er bleibt direkt in einer Funktion in der avformat library hängen, wird also in späteren ffmpeg versionen gefixt sein.

Falls der Fehler zu häufig auftritt versuchen den fix zu finden und in diese version von ffmpeg zu integrieren.
